Personal data processing policy

In short and in order: what data about you the site and its Telegram bot receive, why, where it is kept and how to delete it.

Version of 06.10.2026

Draft. The text has not yet been checked by a lawyer and may change before the site launches.

This English version is a translation for convenience; the Russian text is the one that applies.

1Who is responsible for the data

The personal data operator is the site owner, a private individual. The full name will be given later.

Email for questions about data: will be given later.

More about the owner is on the page “Site owner”. This policy follows Russian Federal Law № 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

2The site has no accounts

There is no registration or sign-in on the site. The site never asks for your name, phone number, email, passwords or Steam Guard codes.

The site calculates but buys and sells nothing: the server makes Steam listing checks itself, on its own behalf, and Steam does not receive your address.

3What happens when you open the site

  • IP address is not written to the database or to the site logs: in the logs any address is replaced with “[address hidden]”. The server keeps the address only in memory while the site is running, to limit how often Steam listing checks and bot subscriptions can be made.
  • Visit statistics are our own, with no third-party services, no cookie files and no visitor number. Page views, presses of some buttons and where visitors came from are counted — only the site name of the link, without the full address. Only daily numbers are written to disk.
  • The number of different visitors is counted by the server from a salted fingerprint of the address and browser. The salt exists only in memory and changes every day and every week; only the number is written to disk.
  • Item pictures are loaded by your browser from Steam servers, which therefore receive your address, as with any picture on the internet. The “Steam” buttons and links to other marketplaces (CSFloat, Market.CSGO, Lis-Skins, CS.Money) lead to their websites: what those sites learn about you is described in their own rules.
  • Fonts, styles and scripts come only from this site itself.

4Cookie and browser storage

The site sets only technical cookie files — they remember your choice and cannot tell who you are. There are no analytics or advertising cookie files.

  • lang — the site language — only if you chose it with the RU / EN button. Kept for 1 year.
  • basis — which prices crafts are calculated at, “Average” or “By floats” — only if you chose it with the switch. Kept for 1 year.
  • money — which currency amounts are shown in — only if you chose it in the site header. Kept for 1 year.

In your browser's storage (localStorage) the site keeps your settings: theme, list view, the “Details” mode, favorites, comparison, your own items on the craft page, collapsed blocks and hints already shown. All of this stays in the browser and is not sent to the server. Clear the site's data in your browser and it is gone.

One exception is the “From inventory” page: the browser remembers the link to your Steam profile, and sends it to the server when you press the button. The server asks Steam for the public inventory and keeps the answer only in memory while the site is running — it is not written to disk.

5The Telegram bot

The bot sends you a message when new crafts matching your chosen conditions appear in the list. You subscribe only with your consent, which is a separate document: “Consent to the processing of personal data”.

The bot stores:

  • your Telegram chat number — to know where to write;
  • the subscription conditions — the same filters you chose in the craft list;
  • the subscription date;
  • which crafts it has already sent you — so as not to repeat them.

The bot does not store your name, @username or the texts of your messages. Messages are delivered by Telegram: the bot sends them through the Telegram service for bots.

The purpose is to send you notifications about crafts. The legal basis is your consent. What is done with the data: recording, storage, use for sending messages, and deletion. The data is not passed or sold to anyone except Telegram as the means of delivery.

6Where and for how long data is kept

For now the site runs on a temporary server outside Russia. By law, the data of bot subscribers is kept on a server in Russia, so bot subscriptions will open to everyone only after the site and the bot move to a Russian server.

Kept while the subscription is active or until you withdraw your consent.

The /stop command in the bot deletes your chat number and all your subscriptions at once.

7Your rights

  • find out what data about you is held and what is done with it;
  • demand that it be corrected or deleted;
  • withdraw your consent — with the /stop command in the bot or by emailing the owner;
  • complain to Roskomnadzor (the Russian data protection authority) if you believe your rights have been violated.

The owner answers an email about your data within 10 working days.

8Changes to this policy

When the site starts handling data differently, the policy changes, and so does the version date at the top of the page.
